Not everyone owns a house so lots of people live in an apartment. However I don’t believe that should prevent one from luxe living. This project is an excellent example of luxe apartment living. The homeowners maximized the glam in their apartment and it would go up against any Soho apartment.
Luxe Apartment Living it was not
White walls, basic builder lighting, and decent LVP and a bachelor. This apartment was anything but fabulous which is a normal state for most apartments. This was a survival apartment even though it had excellent potential. All the basic elements were there.
Luxe Apartment Living it Becomes
The wife decided to transform the space into a luxe, lush, color filled apartment. The theme of this update was “More is more”. This couple come from different cultures, countries and definitely had a different style quotient. In order to make it reflective of both parties the gallery wall exhibits art such as scenes from their birthplace, their interest, affiliations and more.
Luxe Apartment Living It Is
This home is like a magazine cover as can be seen in Simply Bowie September issue. Bold, bright and full of glam. One of my favorite lighting option is the dining chandelier from Craftmade. Simply put, the Museo lighting series is a work of art. These tiered, antiqued mercury glass chandeliers give Museo the illusion of fluidity. The soft curve in the glass panels create a soft, diffused light that appears as natural crystals melting in the sunlight.
Custom drapes frame the sliding glass door beautiful and invite the homeowners to relax on their patio. balanced against the gallery wall the Burnt Orange is unique and ups the luxe apartment living factor. Lush plants, rich fabrics and bold color is the name of the game in this apartment.
